Animated cursors only work on Internet Explorer unless you download it and use it as your default cursor on your desktop computer. If you view your page with internet explorer, it should work fine but if you view it with any other browser, it won't work. Please follow the instruction I gave Nhung if you want to use it on your computer. Thank you.

You can't use the cursor because you don't have a program to open the file. Try downloading Axialis Cursor Workshop if you want to view it and edit it. To use the cursor as your default cursor for your computer follow my instructions below.

1. Click On "Start"
2. Go To Control Panel
3. Choose "Mouse"
4. Click On "Pointers" Tab
5. Click Browse, Find the Cursor, and click "Open" then click "Apply"
