Because this is an animated cursor, they do not load on any browser other than Internet Explorer. Because IE is the only browser that chooses to do so. However we have a tiny workaround that shows one single frame of the cursor to Chrome and Firefox users. You however can still install as your computer mouse.

Facebook does not allow CSS styling on their website. You have to use an external application that will modify your page for you. There is no such application except CursorMania. However CursorMania was not design as a facebook application but a general desktop toolbar Application. CursorMania may have a Blooming Sparkly Red Rose in their system. But I am not positive.

lol, sorry I had to laugh. This is about the 20th time I answer this type of comment in the past week. In the information box, you know where all the cursor info is, the rating, who created it, etc there's a red image that's flashing, that says "Download Right click and save..." Click on that and you should be able to get your cursor.
