Don't open it. Go to Control Panel > Mouse > Mouse Tab and install it there. Read our "HELP" page at the top right screen.

Hi you can't use it on the game because the overlay of the game is JAVA. That means when you move your mouse over it, the mouse will change base on the game's setting. Nothing you can do about it I think.
