The CSS code section on cursor pages has been updated — it now includes install instructions for Neocities, Tumblr, and Blogger. Neocities is an interesting platform that brings back the nostalgic feel of Geocities and Myspace, when everyone knew HTML/CSS and had background music playing on their page. That's why I'm specifically adding a section for them. 

 
The other big update is a new online Cursor Editor. It won't be Photoshop, but it should give you enough tools to convert images into cursors or create them from scratch. You can drag in WebP, GIF, CUR, ICO, JPEG, and SVG files and edit them right on the canvas. Instead of being limited to a 32×32 stage like other editors, this one supports up to the maximum size Windows allows — 256×256.  I plan on adding presets of pointers/arrows.  The idea is you can just drop them into the canvas; making it easy to add a pointer to any image.  It's a work-in-progress for now and will change over time.  

It's going to take me a while to fine-tune everything, but I've been testing it and so far so good. Once you're done creating your cursor, it converts and downloads the file for you. I also plan to let users publish their creations directly to the site, but that still needs a lot of work. I'd love to hear any suggestions on what features you'd like to see!
