Right click the "download" image and choose "Save Link As..." for FF or "Save Target As.." for IE. Then...

1. Click On "Start"
2. Go To Control Panel
3. Choose "Mouse"
4. Click On "Pointers" Tab
5. Click Browse, Find The Cursor In My Documents or where ever you saved it, and click "Open" then click "Apply"
