As for why they are not loading, I am working on it. T_T What a bad start to an already gloomy day. I'll keep you guys updated.

Looks like things are getting back in order. My HDD was full from backups. So I had to delete some. Everything seems to be okay now. Still testing though...

Okay it looks like according to my server management company that I have some bad HDD drives. I'm guessing this is going to cause some down time. We are looking at some solutions.

Apparently it's spam e-mail from one of our sister sites that is causing problems. It's being worked on now. But because of this, I think I will be upgrading my HDD. Going to get a SSD for the entire server which should speed up the site as well.

Okay everyone, I finished moving all 30,000 files to the new server. And I must say things are pretty snappy. It seems to be going really fast. The new host for our cursor files is wholesaleinternet.com They been in business for 10+ years and offer some great rates. Our previous two host, Datashack.com and Superb.net have been great through the years that I have use them. I would like to thank them for their business.

If you see any problems, missing files and what not, please let me know so I can double check on it. Thanks a lot guys.

Hey guys, I haven't been updating lately because I am in the process of updating the file server. I got a brand new server with more memory and way more bandwidth and speed.

This way I can concentrate on the website instead of having to worry about how much bandwidth you guys are draining everyday. And it's a lot. We server over a trillion cursors since inception of this site.

The new dedicated server will have 4 Cores, 8gb of Ram, Plenty of Harddrive space, and most important a lot of bandwidth. Hopefully this will be set up in the next few days.

Our "Ani" file server seems to be down. Ani is our 2nd server for hosting cursor files. Our first server "Cur" seems to be up and running fine. I have reported the problem to my webhost and waiting on their reply. It could be a network outage or something else is up.

Ani currently hosts around 500 cursors. Cur has over 11,000 cursors I believe, so that one should be fine. Basically our newest cursors that have been recently added our not working. I'll keep you guys updated...

Looks like the problem hasn't been resolved by my host yet...So disappointing. They haven't reply to me in 14 hours. So I guess I'll be looking for a new host for our 2nd server.

For now I have temporary moved all our cursors from the "Ani" server to our "Cur" server. So for those that were using cursors from the ani cursor, just replace the url, which went something like this "http://ani" to "http://cur"

Thanks to Thomas Manning, my buddy who help set up our new dedicated file server. The new file server will now host all our images and cursors. The previous one which has 20,000+ images and cursors on it is done for now =D. It'll still serve all our cursors that were previously uploaded into it, but I won't upload any more images and cursors into that one anymore.

Our new server is brought to you by datashack.net. We got a good deal from them for 10,000gb of bandwidth which should be plenty for a while until we need a new one =D. I will start updating again as well...actually gonna add some cursors right now. Check back soon.

Our file server, which we utilize to host all the cursor and images for this site seems to be maxed out. Atleast the default limits are being maxed out. I'm trying to figure out how to increase the soft and max limit for files under Linux. I might have to consult an expert for this.

If some images or cursors are not loading, try refreshing the page, as I try to fix this problem asap. It should be fixed soon, and thank you for your patience. For those wondering, our file server is delivering literally thousands of request per second.

I actually have a new file server that's being setup for newer cursor files. I'll be using that one next to host all our new cursors in the future. That server should be setup next week.

Ahhhhhhhhh man, Steve Ciaburri from www.Rack911.com is the best server management company ever! Steve finally fixed the server problem that we were having. I went to 3 other people to fix this problem but only he, Steve Ciaburri, was the one to fix this problem. He got to the root of the problem and fixed our server. The reason was our very own buggy CMS. I just want to thank Steve for his hard work, and great communication.

Now I can finally add some cursors for you guys without having to worry about the server. Thank you thank you thank you Steve. Steve, you sir are a scholar and a gentlemen of the highest echelon. If you guys have a problem with your website server check out Steve and Rack911!

If you are seeing this, it means that you are successfully on the new dedicated server that we got from Database By Design. We actually got two servers for potential growth of the site. Thank you once again to wiredtree for hosting us for almost 3 years! I only remember a few down time with them. Hopefully we will have good results as well with our new provider.

A really pretty and uniquely simple Pink Wing Pointer Cursor set just added. The cursors set was created Pi-House. Pi-House is a japanese site I believe that has a ton of cute and wonderful cursors as well as icons for you to download for free. So check out her site! It's really awesome.

I am almost done setting up our new server. I think the server will be moved in a few days. I don't know if it will be faster or not, even though it should be, but I need to do some major tweaks on it once the site is on. I can't tweak it unless there are visitors on the site. The new dedicated server is 2x as powerful almost and it has 16gb of ram and a dedicated mysql server. So in theory it should definately be faster. Lets hope so....
