CSS Only Universal Code

Now on every page, I have decided to add a new piece of code called Option #2 for Universal. Basically its for website or social networks that do not allow you edit your page but will allow you to edit CSS. CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheet. CSS "codes" is placed between <style> *CSS codes here* </style>

If you have a social network or a site that allows only you to add CSS code then you've want to use this code. And if you don't know what CSS code or don't know what I'm talking about use the first option instead.
