  1. Login and go to your Tumblr page.
  2. Click on Customize
  3. Click on "Advance"
  4. Under the "Add Custom CSS" textarea box paste the following at the very bottom and save.

Just click on the download button to get the cursor. It's in the "Cursor Download and Information" box. Also if you want to use it on tumblr, just follow the instructions by click on the "Tumblr" tab below the download button.
