Download and save the cursor somewhere...

1. Click On "Start"
2. Go To Control Panel
3. Choose "Mouse"
4. Click On "Pointers" Tab
5. Click Browse, Find The Cursor In My Documents or where ever you saved it, and click "Open" then click "Apply"
