Because this is an animated cursor, they do not load on any browser other than Internet Explorer. Because IE is the only browser that chooses to do so. However we have a tiny workaround that shows one single frame of the cursor to Chrome and Firefox users. You however can still install as your computer mouse.

It's like trying to play a MP3 file with Photoshop. You'll trying to open a cursor file without a program that can read it. You don't have to open it. Please refer to this guide on how to install cursors...

What's wrong with it? Read the "HELP" page if you are trying to download and add it to your computer. The guide there is pretty detailed.
