Because this is an animated cursor, they do not load on any browser other than Internet Explorer. Because IE is the only browser that chooses to do so. However we have a tiny workaround that shows one single frame of the cursor to Chrome and Firefox users. You however can still install as your computer mouse.

Facebook does not allow CSS styling on their website. You have to use an external application that will modify your page for you. There is no such application except CursorMania. However CursorMania was not design as a facebook application but a general desktop toolbar Application. CursorMania may have a Tiny Hand With Animated Rainbow Hearts in their system. But I am not positive.

It's suppose to appear at all times. If it only appears on hover, it means that there is another CSS code that is conflicting with ours. Place try placing our codes at the bottom of all other css codes.

What are you using it on? Tumblr? IF so, it's conflicting CSS codes. Place ours on the bottom of all other codes. Also, google controls what features they want to support on their browser. I can not do anything about it.

E-mail google. IE's is the only browser that supports animated cursors. Nothing I can do about it.
